Please recommend a moisture-boosting skin booster to save my extremely dry skin!

I am someone with self-proclaimed, extremely dry skin. I suffer from severe inner tightness all year round, but lately, my skin has been looking flaky, causing me immense stress. Even after applying a generous amount of moisturizer and using a face mask, only the surface looks shiny, while the inside remains as dry as if it were about to crack, like a drought.
I simply can't handle this with home care alone, so I'm planning to seek help from a dermatologist for a skin booster treatment. My top priorities are solely to resolve deep internal dryness and achieve a dewy, hydrated glow.
