How do people who enjoy exercising manage their health?
I regularly do weight training and running, so I tend to exercise about 4 to 5 days a week. Recently, I have been considering getting a lifting procedure or other dermatological treatments for skin care, and I am posting this question because I am curious about how people who continue to exercise manage their post-procedure care.
After a procedure, how many days should I refrain from exercising that causes a fever or heavy sweating? I have looked online and found that it varies depending on the type of procedure, but I am curious about actual experiences. In particular, I would like to know if it is okay to exercise immediately after a lifting or laser procedure, or if it is better to rest for a certain period.
I have also seen advice that I should avoid not only exercise but also saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for the time being. I am curious to know just how careful one generally needs to be. Since exercising has become a part of my daily routine, I would like to adjust my schedule in advance after the procedure. If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate it if you could share any precautions or tips.
