How long does the effect of the seasonal skin booster in improving inner dryness last?

Perhaps because of the changing seasons, no matter how much I reapply skincare, my cheeks and the corners of my mouth feel severely dry from within, and the skin texture is rough and flaky, as shown in the attached photo.
