How effective is the Juvelook butterfly zone pore care?

Lately, I'm stressed because whenever I wash my face or apply makeup, the pores around my nose and butterfly zone look more prominent and my skin texture looks less smooth, just like in the attached photo. I've heard good things about the Juvelook treatment, which regenerates self-collagen to reduce pores, improve fine lines and internal dryness, so I'm looking into getting it.
I am looking for a dermatology clinic in the Gangnam area near my company. How painful is the Juvelook procedure using Sonjusa or Dermashine? I tend to be sensitive to pain, so I am wondering if it is bearable if I apply anesthetic cream.
Also, I would appreciate it if you could leave a comment letting me know if you can definitely feel the effects of tightened pores and improved skin texture after getting Juvelook injections in the butterfly zone.
