My face feels dry and rough because of the office heater. I'd like to ask about skincare for inner dryness in my 60s.
Hello. I am an office worker in my mid-60s.
Ever since we started turning on the heater in the office, my face feels dry and tight by the afternoon. The texture on my cheeks and chin looks rough, too. I'm posting a photo along with this.
Even if I reapply cream, it only works for a short while, and by evening, the fine lines look even more prominent.
Perhaps because my skin has thinned as I've gotten older, the dryness has become much worse than before.
I'm wondering if it's better to start with home care for this kind of internal dryness, or if it's better to consider hospital treatments like skin boosters.
I would like to know if I can expect results from a skin booster on skin in my 60s, and how many sessions are needed.
Since I work, it is also important to me how many days the marks remain on my face after the procedure.
I also have blemishes on my cheekbones, so I would like to ask if I can receive a consultation for those as well. I would appreciate it if you could provide detailed information.

- 01CommentsIf your skin feels tight quickly even after reapplying cream in the heater air, I imagine it would bother you all day. It is also a very realistic concern that you are wondering how many days the marks will remain because of your commute to work.660026.10.31
- 02CommentsI understand you must be worried about what to do if your skin feels tight even after applying plenty of moisturizing cream. During the consultation, please mention that dryness is your biggest concern, along with fine lines, and I hope you can start by being guided on care suitable for sensitive skin.220026.10.31
- 03CommentsIt must be frustrating that the dryness persists even after applying more cream when dead skin cells flak up due to the heater air. Since the frequency of skin boosters can vary depending on the condition of your skin barrier, please ask about the interval for the first session and how to manage embossing marks during your consultation.220026.10.31
- 01CommentsSince so many people are concerned about melasma, I think people are curious about what makes it different. You've posted a great question.400026.10.27
- 02CommentsI was also wondering how much of my cosmetics I should list. Since my skin is on the sensitive side, I will keep that in mind.430026.10.25
- 03CommentsI'm also curious if you judge based on criteria like dryness versus rough texture. I hope you get a good answer.500026.10.25
- 01CommentsIt would be helpful for the consultation if you specifically identified your concerns as fine lines, enlarged pores, and pitted marks. Rather than determining suitability based solely on age or skin thickness, please have your current skin condition and specific goals for each area examined first. It would be easier to make a decision if you could mention in advance any areas where you do not wish to see volume changes, and if you could also receive guidance on the injection method, expected reactions, and the criteria for contacting us if adverse reactions, such as nodules, are suspected.1580026.10.21
- 02CommentsIt is good that you are distinguishing between dryness, changes in skin texture, and the number of sessions required. During the consultation, confirm whether moisturizing care is needed first and identify the goals for each product. Also, ask what items will be evaluated after the first treatment and when to determine the interval for future sessions. Since the duration of swelling and bruising varies from person to person, inform them of your scheduled appointment in advance. It would also be helpful to receive separate guidance on expected reactions and the criteria for changes requiring further treatment to make planning easier.910026.10.21
- 03CommentsI understand you must be very concerned about your skin drying out quickly even after applying moisturizer. Since I have not yet experienced the procedure myself, it is difficult for me to comment on satisfaction levels. However, I would like to discuss whether your skin is sensitive and how to moisturize during recovery. I would also appreciate it if you could receive a thorough explanation regarding potential pain and reactions to watch out for.520026.10.08
