How do you compare the changes before and after skin treatments?

I am curious how you record changes after receiving dermatological procedures or treatments. Looking in the mirror every day makes it difficult to notice subtle changes, and photos also seem to show skin condition differently depending on lighting and angles. If you take before and after photos, I would like to know if you tend to take them at the same location and time, or if you prefer to compare them without makeup. Also, would it be helpful during consultations to record the feeling immediately after the procedure separately from the changes that have passed? I am curious to know what changes those who have received treatments at Maypure focused on mentioning during their next visit. I would also like to hear how you check for areas that are not easily visible in photos, such as skin texture or dryness. I want to assess whether the treatment is suitable for my skin without judging the results too hastily; please share any record-keeping methods you found useful based on your own experience.
