I have developed vertical fine lines around my mouth and my skin texture has become rough. Will a skin booster help?

Hello. I am an office worker over seventy.
Lately, when I shave, I notice fine vertical lines around my mouth, and the skin texture on my cheeks feels rough like sandpaper. My nasolabial folds also seem deeper than before. I am attaching a photo.
Even if I apply a generous amount of lotion, it becomes rough again by the afternoon.
I am wondering if a skin booster helps with the rough skin texture and fine wrinkles that have developed with aging.
I have heard that there are several types of skin boosters, and I would like to ask which ones you mainly recommend for skin over seventy.
I would also like to know how many sessions it takes to feel a difference and how often to space them out.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if marks remain on my face after the treatment and are noticeable when I go to work, and when I can start shaving. Please reply.
