When the cold wind blows, the redness, breakouts, and flushing on my cheeks get worse. I'd like to ask about soothing care.

Now that the seasons are changing, the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors has become so extreme that even walking just a short distance outside makes my cheeks turn bright red like burning sweet potatoes, and the heat sensation lingers for a long time. Because of this heat, I feel like the moisture deep inside my skin is drying out completely, and even the small, red blemishes on my cheeks stand out, so I get upset every time I look in the mirror.
I've tried using cooling packs every day at home and applying a thick layer of soothing moisturizer, but it was only temporary. I feel like my skin barrier itself has weakened, so I'm planning to get professional care at a dermatology clinic!
I would appreciate advice from those with experience on which types of moisturizing and soothing care or flushing management treatments are effective for reducing redness and strengthening the skin barrier, and how many sessions are typically needed to lower facial heat.
