Please recommend an effective treatment for milia as autumn approaches.

Is it because it's dry? My tiny bumps are breaking out ㅠㅠ

Before, I used to get one or two bumps that would go away quickly, but recently, there have been noticeably more rough spots around my forehead and cheeks. When I wear makeup, my skin texture looks even more pronounced, so it bothers me every time I go to work.

Since I work, it is difficult to visit a dermatologist frequently during the week, so I find procedures that require multiple visits burdensome. However, I am worried that extracting dead skin cells or doing harsh exfoliation at home might make my skin break out even more.

I don't want my skin to get red and blotchy, so I'm looking for a treatment that isn't too irritating and helps manage milia and sebum.

Are there any office workers out there who have received dermatological treatment for milia? Please let me know which procedures, such as extraction or laser treatment, were helpful!
