Inquiry regarding treatment for seasonal acne

I'm stressed because acne keeps popping up around my chin every time the seasons change.

When the weather gets dry or the temperature changes, multiple pimples appear, mainly around the chin and jawline. There are inflammatory pimples that flare up red, and there are also cases where they feel hard deep within the skin and take time to subside.

Since it occurs repeatedly in similar areas, I am also worried about red marks or hyperpigmentation remaining even after the acne subsides.

I am wondering what treatment is suitable for my current condition and whether medication, extraction, or laser treatment is necessary. I would also like to know how long treatment typically takes, whether I can return to my daily life immediately after treatment, and how many sessions I would need.

It doesn't show up well in the photo, but I'm curious about the procedures or treatments for the large and small pimples that recur on my chin during seasonal changes.
