Can I get basic care even with dry, acne-prone skin?

My skin tends to be oily and shiny in the summer, but it gets severely dry from autumn to winter. Since I am also prone to acne, it is difficult to decide whether to use products suited for oily or dry skin. It’s not like my breakout problems disappear just because my skin is dry.
I noticed that the Maypure Acne Basic Treatment includes extraction and a white peel. Is it safe for my dry skin? I have never had any procedures done before, so I'm wondering if my skin might get even drier after the extraction or peeling.
I would like to receive acne treatment, but since my skin condition varies depending on the season, I am unsure which treatment is right for me. I would like to know if I receive the standard basic treatment, or if the treatment plan can be adjusted based on my skin condition after a consultation. When dryness is severe, do you tend to start with soothing or moisturizing treatments?
