My acne flares up significantly whenever the seasons change. Would it be better for me to get some skin care?
Maybe it's because the weather suddenly turned cool lately, but my skin condition is really all over the place.
I didn't really mind it during the summer, but recently, small blemishes have been popping up one by one.
It doesn't flare up really badly all at once, but the problem is that just as one is about to go down, another one pops up haha. So it feels like there are hardly any days when my skin is completely clear. In the past, it would naturally get better after a few days, but lately, the red marks seem to linger, and my skin looks messy overall, which is stressing me out.
I haven't really changed my cosmetics or my cleansing method, so is it possible for this to happen every time the seasons change?
I'm wondering if it's possible for acne to actually flare up more during the change of seasons as the skin dries out. There are days when my skin looks shiny on the surface, but after washing it, it feels tight underneath, so I really don't know what criteria I should use to manage it.
So this time, instead of changing products again, I'm thinking of getting some acne treatment.
If I receive skin care in this condition, do they start by soothing the current breakouts, or do they proceed while also checking the condition of my sebum and dead skin cells?
My skin is on the sensitive side, so I'm a little worried about using overly harsh treatments right from the start.
Has anyone else tried getting skin care because they suddenly experienced recurring acne like me during the change of seasons?
I am curious how many times you needed to receive treatment for your skin to feel a bit more stable, and I would also like to know how you managed it at home.
I'm trying to keep things as simple as possible these days because I'm worried that adding this and that might make my skin break out even more. Would it be better to get a consultation first in this state? Haha.

- 01CommentsSince the management of recurring breakouts around the chin varies depending on the cause, it would be helpful to take notes on when the condition worsens, the cosmetics you use, and your lifestyle patterns when you visit for your initial consultation. If you mention in advance that you have dry skin and are concerned about irritation, they will be able to guide you accordingly.200026.10.22
- 02CommentsWhen comparing prices, it would be helpful to request a breakdown of the basic package and optional items per session. Please check which items are included—such as diagnostic imaging, consultation, extraction, anti-inflammatory injections, and prescriptions—and verify if medication costs and VAT are separate. For packages, it would be convenient to compare options under the same conditions if you were informed of the session-specific composition, usage period, and settlement criteria for changing the plan midway.330026.10.22
- 03CommentsIf redness recurs even after extraction, it is recommended that you first consult a doctor to examine your current inflammatory condition and the cause of the recurrence, rather than simply comparing satisfaction reviews. Be sure to receive an explanation regarding the purpose of scaling, extraction, and prescription, as well as the specific items needed at this time. Also, ask when the progress will be evaluated after each session. Before selecting a package, checking the composition of each session, expected irritation, and guidelines for contacting the doctor if your skin becomes redder or painful will help you establish a proper care plan.170026.10.22
