My acne flares up when I'm stressed and sleep-deprived. Will skincare help stabilize it?

스트레스 받고 잠 부족하면 여드름이 확 올라오는데 피부관리로도 좀 안정될까요?ㅠㅠ

I feel like my skin shows its condition so honestly lol
Usually, I'm quite fine when I sleep well and have a relaxed schedule, but if work piles up or I stay up late for several days in a row, I get breakouts immediately.
Especially during weeks when I'm very stressed, my skin feels rougher than usual and I get several small bumps, to the point where just looking in the mirror makes me realize how tired I've been lately.
The problem is that you can't always maintain a perfect lifestyle pattern, haha.
I know I should go to bed early, but realistically, it's hard to stick to it every day, and since I can't avoid stress, I'm wondering how to manage my skin when this cycle keeps repeating.
So, I am wondering if receiving acne skin care helps the skin condition itself become a little less volatile.
Of course, I don't think that just getting skin care will make it perfectly fine to stay up all night haha.
Even so, if I manage it consistently, will there be any changes, such as the flare-ups that used to flare up whenever I was tired becoming a little less severe?
Are there many people who have changed their lifestyle habits along with receiving acne skin care?
For example, by keeping your sleep schedule consistent, drinking more water, or simply changing your facial cleansing routine or basic skincare products.
I don't know what made the improvement when I change everything at once, so this time I want to try taking care of my acne-prone skin by keeping only the basics as much as possible.
I am also curious if, on days when I am not feeling well and have a lot of breakouts, I proceed with the scheduled treatment as planned, or if you adjust the treatment to focus on soothing based on my skin condition.
Is there anyone among those whose skin frequently becomes irritable due to stress who has consistently received acne skin care?
I'm curious if you feel your skin has stabilized compared to before, even if it hasn't completely stopped.
I'd like to hear some realistic experiences on whether it's worth starting skincare for someone like me whose skin condition fluctuates drastically depending on my schedule haha.
