The pores on the butterfly zone next to my nose are too visible.

Lately, I've been particularly concerned about the enlarged pores in my butterfly zone, which extends from the sides of my nose to the front of my cheeks. They look fine from a distance, but when I look closely in the mirror, I can see each individual pore, and my skin doesn't feel smooth. It bothers me especially when I wear makeup, as foundation settles into the pores, making them look even more prominent. On days when my skin is oily, the sides of my nose get shiny, and my pores seem to look even bigger. I've tried using cosmetics and face masks at home that claim to be good for pores, but I haven't noticed any significant changes, and I'm being cautious because I'm worried that trying too many things might just make my skin more sensitive. I'm curious about what treatments dermatologists typically use to manage butterfly zone pores. I'd also like to know if the treatment methods differ for pores enlarged by sebum versus those caused by loss of elasticity. I understand that it is difficult to completely eliminate pores, but I'm wondering if it is actually possible to achieve an improvement that makes the skin texture smoother. I would like to consult about methods that are less burdensome and less likely to result in harsh procedures.
