Hello. I am requesting a dermatology consultation because I am concerned about enlarged pores and excessive sebum secretion on both cheeks.

At some point, the pores on my cheeks became noticeably larger, and sebum frequently clumped together, causing my skin texture to look rough and uneven overall. Oiliness returns quickly even after washing my face, and as time passes, the pores feel stretched and sagging, which is causing me severe stress.

I feel that personal home care and whitening/pore-minimizing cosmetics alone have reached their limits in improving the enlarged pores on my cheeks, so I would like to seek professional treatment.
