How do you manage small blemishes on your cheeks after wearing makeup for a long time?

On days when I wear makeup for a long time, the skin on the inside of my cheeks feels stuffy and slightly bumpy, so I am wondering what kind of skincare is suitable for this condition.

There are times when my skin texture looks relatively good in the morning, but small granules become noticeable after I remove my makeup in the evening. It is difficult to distinguish whether this is simply due to tired skin or if it is a problem caused by foundation or cushion clogging my pores.

I feel like I need to cleanse thoroughly, but if I extend my washing time, my cheeks might feel tight and turn red, so I'm not sure if washing for a long time is the right approach. What areas should I check for regarding the small breakouts that recur after applying makeup?

I am wondering if it is possible to consult about the makeup products I am currently using and my cleansing habits when it comes to acne skin care.

I would also like to know if these are milia that need to be extracted, or if they just look temporarily rough due to skin irritation. I would like to know if there is a way to care for my cheek skin without strain, even when I have to wear makeup every day.
