What are the criteria for checking both sebum and dryness during a seasonal skincare consultation?

I am curious about the criteria used to assess skin condition when experiencing both oiliness and dryness during a skincare consultation for the changing seasons. I understand that even if areas appear shiny on the surface, the skin can feel tight after washing, and that the sensation can vary by area even within the same face.

Before the consultation, would it be helpful to prepare a list of when my skin feels tight after washing, areas where sebum builds up in the afternoon, and the degree of dead skin cell buildup or redness? I would also like to know the criteria for determining whether extraction or exfoliation is necessary, or if hydration and soothing care should come first, when selecting a treatment plan. I am also curious if I should mention the products I normally use or any products I have recently switched to on days when my skin is sensitive.

When receiving treatment for the first time, I think it would be better to consider the response after treatment and the frequency of repeat sessions together, rather than making a decision based on the condition after just one session. I would also like to know how normal dryness or redness is after treatment, the criteria for requiring further consultation, and the interval for the next treatment.
