How often do you usually schedule your acne treatments? I'm a working professional, so I'm curious haha.
I've almost made up my mind to get acne treatment, but the problem is my schedule haha. I have to go to work on weekdays and have plans on weekends, so if I have to go too often, I'm not really confident I can keep going consistently.
My skin doesn't tend to flare up severely all at once right now, but it keeps fluctuating between getting better and worse. Some weeks it's fine, but other weeks multiple breakouts suddenly appear, so it's hard to predict my skin condition.
In this case, how often do you usually start acne treatment? I'm wondering if I need to go frequently, like once a week, or if it's possible to go once every two weeks or once a month.
Is there a method for acne treatment where you receive sessions a bit more frequently at first, depending on your skin condition, and then increase the intervals once it stabilizes? I’d prefer to extend the cycle slightly as my condition improves, rather than sticking to a strict schedule for several months right from the start.
I am also curious whether I proceed with the acne treatment as scheduled even if my skin looks better than expected on the day of the appointment, or if the treatment plan is adjusted based on my condition that day.
I'm the type of person who works super hard at the beginning of anything but then fizzles out if the schedule gets messed up even once, so this time I want to start with a pattern that is realistic and sustainable in the long run haha.
For those of you who have received acne treatment for several months or more, did your treatment cycle change significantly from the beginning to the end? I am also curious if it was okay to manage it only about once a month once your skin stabilized.
For those of you who have consistently continued acne treatment while working, please let me know what treatment cycle was actually the least burdensome. I am curious about a way to keep going without overexerting myself.
