How are new breakouts and red marks distinguished during a Maypure acne consultation?

I have small blemishes around my cheeks and chin that have left long-lasting red marks, so I am wondering what records I should prepare before my acne skin care consultation. I would like to know what criteria Maypure uses to differentiate between current inflammation and existing marks during the consultation.

Before my visit, I plan to take photos of my face immediately after washing and in the evening under the same lighting, and also briefly note my menstrual cycle, sleep schedule, and the cleanser I recently switched to. Would these records be helpful in explaining the periods when my skin troubles recur during my visit to Maypure?

Rather than determining specific treatments or frequency first, I would like to start by explaining my current skin barrier, sensitive areas, and whether extraction is necessary. I am also curious about conditions I should avoid touching at home and if there are any products I am currently using that I should temporarily stop using.

Please let me know if I can gather more records and make a decision later instead of proceeding immediately after the consultation with Maypure. I have a schedule involving my child, so I would also like to know how long the redness will last after the treatment, when I can apply makeup the next day, and the date to check the progress again.
