During the Quadsay cycle, can I extend the interval between treatments during weeks when my chin breakouts are quiet?

I am writing to inquire about how to schedule a care routine for skin that experiences both breakouts on the chin and dryness on the cheeks. I would like to know if, during the Quad Say cycle consultation, you only look at the number of visible breakouts, or if you also check for any tightness or redness remaining after washing my face.

It would be convenient to book multiple appointments in advance, but I don't think my skin condition will be the same every time. Even in weeks when breakouts have subsided, do I still visit at the originally scheduled interval, or do I extend the interval or skip certain steps after a consultation? I am wondering if I can be informed of these adjustment criteria when receiving the Quad Say schedule guidance. It also seems difficult to arbitrarily decide whether I need to move my next appointment forward if new breakouts appear after a treatment.

I haven't actually received the treatment yet, so I'm not trying to comment on its effectiveness or satisfaction; I'm just organizing the questions to prepare for my initial consultation. Would bringing photos of recently used exfoliating products or breakouts organized by date help determine the Quad Say treatment cycle? Rather than deciding on the number of sessions right away, I would like to know first when to check my condition midway and how to reschedule.
