How long does the effect of the acne treatment last?

It has already been well over two months since the 5-session package I completed in tears, but after working overtime back-to-back recently, breakouts are creeping back up on my forehead. I let my guard down after Maypure declared my acne treatment complete, so I ate greasy late-night snacks; it feels like the effects of the treatment didn't last as long as I expected and are crumbling. To maintain this clear skin for the rest of my life, do I need to visit the clinic periodically for AS laser treatments or occasional extractions? I'm curious about realistic maintenance routines from those who have gone through this. How did you treat your acne? Even on my first visit, I was told that because my sebaceous glands were deep, I needed at least 10 sessions. This damn skin is such a headache.
