It's already 1:21 a.m. I hope you're all dreaming. On my way home from work, the heat pack I put in my down jacket pocket got so hot it almost burned my thighs, and I can't fall asleep at all because the heat still lingers. It's winter, so my face is already chapped from the heater, and with the heat from the heat pack, my skin is in terrible condition. Now that I'm in my 40s, this dryness doesn't seem to recover as quickly as it used to. So, I'd like to share with you one of my personal skin care tips. After washing my face, I apply a very thin layer of oil without drying it completely with a towel. This is really effective at combating dryness inside.

My final skin care tip is to point the humidifier toward your feet before bed, not your face. Directing the humidifier toward your face can actually make your skin more sensitive. It may seem like a small thing, but these small habits can determine your skin's age. If you're concerned about winter dryness, definitely try the methods I mentioned today.
