I keep getting breakouts whenever I apply sunscreen... Should I use a mineral sunscreen?

I'm worried because I get tiny pimples whenever I apply sunscreen. I've tried various products that are supposed to be famous, but they're all pretty much the same.

I wonder if my skin isn't agreeing with organic sunscreen ingredients... or if it's because I'm not washing my face thoroughly enough? I wash my face thoroughly with cleansing oil for the first step and then use a foam cleanser for the second, but it's still like this.

I'm curious what sunscreens people with sensitive skin like mine use. I don't mind a little white cast, so please recommend some products with gentle ingredients that don't cause breakouts.
