I have certain efforts I consistently make for my hair and scalp.
Make sure to take biotin regularly~
I placed it right on my office desk to eat consistently every day.
I eat it right away when I think of it.
I kept it where I could see it, so I never forgot it.
I heard that biotin, found in brewer's yeast, contains many ingredients that make hair thicker~
It seems like my hair is getting thicker just by consistently taking biotin.
The speed at which baby hairs grow is completely different when I take biotin compared to when I don't!
Since I have long straight hair
Every morning after shampooing, I apply Moroccan Oil to give my hair plenty of nourishment.
Even hair straighteners cause almost no hair damage.
I use a Glampalm hair iron!
If you use a hair straightener, you definitely have to try this!
I highly recommend it!
And, before going to sleep, apply Pantodil for Hair Ampoule to every corner of the scalp.
