Acne treatment

Is the effectiveness of acne treatments proven? I see that Fraxel is commonly performed, and I am curious if it is effective for improving acne scars, even on areas with pustular or progressive inflammation. Price is a concern, as there is a large age group that experiences persistent acne breakouts. While extracting inflammation and managing the affected area does help improve skin texture and alleviate symptoms, it requires both internal and external management, so long-term medication should also be considered. I understand that it is recommended for people of all ages and genders, but I would like to know who would benefit most from this treatment. It seems like it could be a cost-effective option, as many people simply leave their acne untreated. If I were to receive acne treatment, please let me know the appropriate frequency. I would also like to know the duration of the procedure. I would appreciate it if you could consider the time and cost-effectiveness for busy modern people.
