My skin condition record today

My day started with a double cleanse this morning, followed by a perfectly clean and matte foundation finish. The sun is strong, and some oil has risen to the surface due to light exercise. As summer approaches, I need to pay more attention to managing my clothing and body temperature to prevent my face from getting sunburned or becoming overheated and dry. Although I tend to stay near sunshades, I must apply a good sunscreen properly to provide a cooling effect to my skin. I plan to remove my makeup early this evening to return my skin to its natural, matte, neutral state. I intend to make my daily routine one where I always pay attention to managing the balance of oil and moisture.
