I finally found a mineral sunscreen that doesn't sting the eyes at all and leaves no white cast.
They say sunscreen is a must 365 days a year, but my eyes are so sensitive that using anything even slightly harsh causes my eyes to water and sting all day, so I couldn't settle on a product. Organic sunscreens spread well but sting the eyes, while mineral sunscreens have the downside of making the face look unnaturally pale and causing makeup to cake. However, this mineral sunscreen, which I bought with some skepticism after a friend recommended it, is truly amazing. It glides on smoothly like a lotion without the typical stiffness of mineral sunscreens, and the white cast is incredibly natural—brightening just like a tone-up cream—without looking cakey. Most of all, I was deeply moved because even when I applied it tightly around my eyes, there was absolutely no stinging, just like applying plain water. I am so happy to have found my holy grail sunscreen that I will cherish for the rest of my life, unless it gets discontinued.
