Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit worried because my hair seems to be getting thinner than before. It feels like it doesn't hold as much volume when I wash, dry, or tie it up, and I’m particularly concerned about the crown of my head. Seeing my hair condition not being what it used to be—whether due to seasonal changes, stress, or lifestyle habits—makes me realize the importance of scalp care even more.
So recently, I have been consistently using a scalp tonic. I lightly spray it on my scalp after shampooing and massage it in; I am satisfied because the subtle cooling sensation feels quite refreshing and invigorating. I also like that it doesn't feel stuffy or heavy. Most importantly, it doesn't leave my hair greasy, so it is not burdensome to use in the morning, making it a product I find myself reaching for regularly.
In the past, I only focused on hair products, but lately I’ve come to realize that strong hair grows only when the scalp is healthy first. Ultimately, it seems that maintaining a healthy scalp and volume requires proper care starting from the roots. Rather than expecting big changes in the short term, I plan to focus on consistent care to create a healthy scalp environment. I hope that these small habits will accumulate and eventually lead to healthier hair.
