Review of the popular mist, a safe and reliable first step after washing your face

This is a very ordinary and honest review as I'm almost finished with a bottle of Avène Thermal Water Mist!

This product is so famous that I'm sure everyone has heard of it at least once. I think its biggest advantage is that it is made of 100% thermal spring water, so it causes absolutely no irritation to the skin. I don't like my skin feeling tight on the way from washing my face to walking to the vanity, so I keep it in the bathroom and use it as the first step to spray it on.

Honestly, it doesn't provide long-lasting hydration or deliver the kind of glowing, perfect skin that deserves such high praise. Since it is truly just a 'water' mist, it dries out quickly, so you have to reapply cream or lotion immediately. However, the fine mist spray gives it a really nice, soft, gliding feel.
