Now that I've started wearing a scarf, tiny bumps are appearing on my jawline. Can I still get treatment for sensitive skin?
Hello. I am an office worker in my late 30s.
It’s been so cold in the mornings and evenings lately that I started wearing a scarf to work, and since then, tiny bumps like millet have been popping up along my jawline and under my chin.
It only happens where the scarf touches, so I wonder if it's due to friction, and it seems to get redder on days I wear a turtleneck.
I'm uploading a photo as well. You can see a small bump on my chin.
I naturally have redness on my cheeks and my skin tends to be sensitive, so I'm a bit scared of treatments that involve squeezing hard or peeling off dead skin cells. I'm wondering if there are any acne treatments available that are suitable for sensitive skin like mine.
I would also like to know if I absolutely have to extract the small bumps, or if it is okay to just observe them while focusing on soothing care.
I'm worried that if redness appears after the treatment, it will be noticeable when I go to work. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how long it usually lasts and when I can start wearing makeup.
I can't go the whole winter without a scarf. Please let me know if there are any other things I can do at home to help. I'll be waiting for your reply.

- 01CommentsIt would be helpful to know the criteria for rescheduling in advance. When postponing the appointment, would it be okay if I also let you know the remaining amount of medication and the last date of use?210026.11.02
- 02CommentsIt is really frustrating when marks linger for so long. Since redness can easily cause irritation, I think it is a great idea to establish a treatment order and manage it slowly. If you mention the condition of your cheek redness, downtime, and work schedule during the consultation, it will be a great help in choosing the procedure. The fact that you are having few new breakouts means that your skin is already being managed well, so there is no need to rush. Good luck!240026.11.02
- 03CommentsIf you experience both redness and tightness, please get examined first to check for irritation or inflammation rather than choosing a moisturizing treatment. It would be helpful for the consultation to list the facial cleanser and exfoliation products you recently changed, as well as when your symptoms started. It would also be beneficial to receive guidance on the scope of what you can expect from LDM, and to be advised on cleansing and moisturizing methods to adjust at home if medical treatment takes precedence over treatment.190026.11.02

- 03CommentsI get breakouts on my chin before and after my period exactly the same way, so it really feels like I'm on the same page. During your consultation, please ask about the best order to manage the current inflammation and remaining marks, as well as available time slots after work!1280026.10.25
