The hydration from the COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is insane lol

With the weather suddenly getting hot, my face gets incredibly oily if I use heavy skincare products, so I was looking for a light and refreshing toner. Luckily, I heard the COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is super moisturizing, so I gave it a try, and I really love it! It has a super fluid, watery texture, so it's great to soak a cotton pad with it and use as a wipe-off toner. It feels like the moisture is absorbing deep into the skin, so it doesn't feel greasy at all. When my face feels really hot, I soak a cotton pad with it and leave it on my cheeks and forehead like a skin pack for about 5 minutes, and the soothing effect is absolutely amazing. I don't think there is a better daily toner than this when you just want to freshen up your skin with hydration.
