A cleanser that dry skin would likely be satisfied with

As I have oily skin, I tend to prefer cleansers with good cleansing power. While I liked that the product I used this time felt generally gentle and low-irritation, there were some aspects that left a little to be desired for my skin type.

First of all, the biggest thing I noticed while using it was how gentle it was. I barely felt any tightness or dryness after washing my face, and since it was mild, I think it would be suitable for those with sensitive or dry skin. However, for me, with my oily skin, it didn't feel like it completely removed excess oil. There seemed to be a slight residue left immediately after washing, and my skin felt slippery. In fact, I was disappointed because I could feel oiliness rising to the surface by lunchtime.

The scent was different from what I expected. Based on the product description, I thought it would be a heavy scent like herbal medicine or ginseng, but in reality, it was a subtle floral cosmetic scent, so I was able to use it without feeling overwhelmed.

I was also satisfied with the container. It was convenient to use because it is a pump type, and practical because it is a plastic container, so I didn't have to worry about it breaking even if I dropped it in the bathroom.

The lather forms well and is fine and soft when wet and rubbed. However, if you have oily skin, one wash might feel insufficient. Personally, I found it more satisfying to wash twice or take ample time to cleanse thoroughly, massaging my face. I also felt that I experienced fewer breakouts when using it that way.

Overall, I would say this product is well-suited for dry or combination skin, but it might leave something to be desired in terms of cleansing power for oily skin. For the time being, I will likely continue using my existing BHA cleanser, but I would like to try this product again later if my skin type becomes a bit drier.
