Kim Jung Moon Aloe Cure Real Ae Soothing Gel, an honest review after using it for summer

This is a review of the Cure Real Aloe Soothing Gel from Kim Jung Moon Aloe, famous for its aloe products. As the weather got warmer, I purchased it to soothe skin heat and have been using it for a while.

The most intuitive advantage of this product is its distinct cooling sensation and soothing effect. Since it has a gel texture, you can feel a refreshing burst of moisture as soon as you apply it to your skin. If you apply a thick layer to skin that is red from prolonged outdoor activity or to irritated areas, the heat sensation subsides quickly. The ingredients are also gentle, making it great for comfortably replenishing moisture without causing breakouts or stinging irritation. I also liked that it comes in a tube, making it convenient and hygienic to squeeze out.

However, the sticky finish characteristic of aloe soothing gel is likely to be a matter of personal preference. After applying a generous amount, stickiness and shine linger for a while, as if a film has been cast on the skin's surface; consequently, if you apply makeup immediately afterward, your base makeup is prone to smudging. Also, since it is a lightweight, moisture-focused gel, the moisture evaporates over time, which can lead to inner dryness. If you have dry skin, this product alone is insufficient for hydration, so you will need to apply a cream on top.

It is a decent soothing item suitable for applying generously like a sleeping pack to calm the skin after cleansing in the evening rather than before makeup, or for casual use as a moisturizing body gel.
