I tried the Repeat-in Oil Cleansing Foam and found it good for a light cleanse.
Since I apply sunscreen every day these days, there are times when just rinsing with water or using a regular foam cleanser feels like it isn't quite clean enough. However, using a cleansing oil separately and then a foam cleanser every time is a bit of a hassle, so I tried Repeat-in's mild acidic foam cleansing oil.
At first, I didn't have high expectations because the price was so affordable, but it wasn't bad for daily cleansing, better than I thought.
The texture wasn't too heavy, and it felt like it spread softly when applied to the face. I tend to stick to just sunscreen, cushion foundation, and eyebrow makeup rather than heavy makeup, and I didn't feel much residue after washing my face!
I liked that the finish felt moderately refreshing rather than leaving my face feeling excessively squeaky clean after washing. Perhaps because it is a mildly acidic formula, I felt less immediate tightness or stinging on my skin. Rather than expecting a completely luxurious feel, it is quite decent as a basic cleanser that you can use every day without any burden. I found it to work better for removing sunscreen in the evening than in the morning.
