On days when my makeup used to cake due to inner dryness, it looked much less patchy after applying this.
My skin is oily on the surface but feels tight underneath, so I tend to look for hydrating essences very frequently. I tried the Rovectin Aqua Hyaluronic Essence because I expected it to be intensely moisturizing, just like its name suggests, and I really liked the texture. It applies lightly without feeling too heavy, and after applying it, I could feel my skin becoming hydrated from deep within.
I found it particularly effective in the mornings. After cleansing and toning, applying a layer of this essence followed by a thin layer of lotion seemed to prevent my sunscreen or base from caking. Usually, my cheeks would get dry by the afternoon and my makeup would look cracked, but on the days I used this product, that feeling was slightly less noticeable.
It isn't too sticky, so I think it can be used comfortably even in the summer, and it seems to be particularly well-suited for dehydrated oily or combination skin. It moisturizes the skin without feeling heavy, so I was satisfied with it as a daily hydration essence.
