Review of my diet over the past 9 months.
Hello. This is Chanranhan-geowi L1778821070598.
I have been following a diet and exercising (home workouts + running) since last September.
My weight used to be around 74~75.
It's about 65 kilograms right now.
I've lost almost 10 kilos lol
As you know, you can't lose weight just by exercising, right?
I mainly reduced my carbohydrate intake.
I did home workouts or running about 3 to 4 days a week after dinner.
I started running with the free 30-minute running challenge course on the RunDay app.
Since then, I have been doing free running.
At first, I was losing almost 2kg a month.
Now that I've lost weight, I enjoy exercising more.
I have been maintaining my current weight for almost 3 months now.
Losing weight makes my clothes fit better and gives me confidence, which is great.
