This is my first time getting an acne treatment. Which one would be best to start with first?

I've never had an acne treatment before, so I don't know what to do first.

There are so many types of acne treatments that I'm wondering which one is best for someone just starting out.

I'm also wondering if it's better to start with an aggressive acne treatment or a gentle, maintenance-type one.

I'm worried that I might make the wrong choice from the start and my skin will become even more sensitive.
