Does my acne improve immediately after the treatment, or does it take a few days to see results?

I'm curious if I see immediate results after getting an acne treatment, or if I have to wait some time to notice changes.

I'm even more confused because I've heard that it can actually turn red right after an acne procedure.

I would also like to know how many days it takes for my skin to stabilize and see results after getting an acne treatment.

I'm also worried about whether it's okay to get it before an important event...

If anyone has experience, please let me know how much time is best to leave between treatments to time it right. It would be really helpful before I get the procedure! Please help!
