Worried about a double chin due to a receding chin? What should I do first?

Even though I have a slim build, I have a severe receding chin, so my double chin tends to stand out. Lately, when I look at myself in photos, the folds of fat around my double chin are very noticeable, which is bothering me. It makes my impression look somewhat dull and stifling!
