My skin condition record today, early April

Hello! It is early April now, and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

The weather seems to have been all over the place.

I think my skin has been going up and down along with everything, haha.

Usually, I would only get one or two blemishes around my chin and mouth on those days, but lately, I've been getting one or two on each cheek!!

What could be the reason? It's not big, but it's in a more visible spot, so it's bothering me.
