I have horns on my chin... What should I do about this huge, pus-filled pimple? ㅠㅠ

I have an important appointment this weekend, of all times, but a hard, pus-filled pimple has popped up right in the middle of my chin. It’s turned bright red, like Rudolph’s nose, and I’m going crazy because I don’t think even makeup will be able to cover it. I know these won't pop, and forcing a spot on it will definitely leave a big scar, so I can't bring myself to touch it. I’ve just slapped on a patch. It hurts so much that I tear up just from the slightest touch while washing my face. Is it best to just leave it alone, or should I go to the hospital tomorrow and ask for an anti-inflammatory injection? Please give me some tips, those of you who have experienced this.
