세안후 보습 너무너무 중요하됴!
I'm sharing my personal skincare routine to help my skin withstand the changing seasons.
My skin repeatedly gets sensitive and breaks out every spring change, so after trying various things, I’ve compiled a list of the ones that actually worked for me.
The first point is the timing of moisturizing after cleansing. I found that applying toner immediately while the skin is still slightly damp, without drying it completely, allows for much better absorption. The difference is especially significant during the dry transitional seasons.
The second tip is to bring a facial mist during the day. When the air becomes dry due to indoor heating, your skin feels extremely tight as the afternoon progresses, but just spraying it once in the middle of the day makes a noticeable difference.
The third tip is reapplying sunscreen. Starting in the spring, UV rays become stronger than expected. Since I developed the habit of applying it one more time while out, the frequency of pigmentation flare-ups has decreased. They aren't grand gestures, but doing them consistently has definitely reduced the chances of my skin getting ruined during the changing seasons.
