I'm leaving a vivid review of my 3rd Pico Toning session as a total scaredy-cat.

I recently got the Pico Toning treatment I'd been wanting to get for so long, so I'm leaving a vivid review haha. Back in my 20s, I had absolutely no idea about the importance of sunscreen and used to walk around with a bare face even in the middle of summer ㅠㅠ. Now in my 30s, I am paying the price for that karma. Tiny melasma and freckles started appearing around my eyes and cheekbones, reaching a point where even concealer couldn't cover them up ㅠㅠ. Eventually, I decided I couldn't let it go on like this, so I booked an appointment at Maypure and went there. During the consultation, they told me that my blemishes were mixed between the shallow and deep layers of my skin, so consistent toning care was essential haha.

To be honest, I was quite worried about the pain when the procedure started. I'm a notorious crybaby, so I'm extremely sensitive to pain. But once I actually got through it, it was bearable enough even without anesthetic cream. It felt a bit like a small rubber band gently snapping on my face, haha. There was a slight burning smell, but the director was so thorough that I felt reassured throughout the treatment. Right after the procedure, my skin turned red all over and felt a bit hot, but it subsided quickly after receiving the soothing care at the clinic and having a modeling mask applied.

I heard that it's difficult to see dramatic results from just one toning session and that you need to get it consistently for at least 10, so I bought a 10-session package and am checking in every week haha. I've had my third session so far, and while my blemishes haven't dramatically disappeared yet, I can definitely feel that my skin tone has become a shade more even and brighter overall when I wash my face and look in the mirror ㅠㅠ. Also, it's amazing how my foundation applies so thinly and smoothly when I do my makeup. Since the treatment, I've been applying regenerating and moisturizing creams much more generously than usual, and most importantly, I make sure to apply sunscreen even when just going to the supermarket in front of my house haha. I highly recommend Pico Toning to anyone concerned about tone improvement or blemishes. I'm already looking forward to seeing how much better my skin will get once I finish all the remaining sessions ㅠㅠ.
