I definitely felt a difference in my skin condition.
Perhaps because I woke up today after getting a good night's sleep for the first time in a while, my skin condition definitely felt different. When I looked in the mirror this morning, my overall skin tone looked much clearer, and I felt good because it was less rough and tight than usual. In particular, I felt that inner dryness had decreased significantly, so I was able to stay comfortable even after washing my face without having to rush to apply my skincare products.
It was a day where I definitely felt my skin recovering just by getting enough sleep. Even though I didn't make any major changes, my skin texture seemed a bit more refined, and I was satisfied that my makeup went on smoothly without caking. I realized once again that basic lifestyle habits have the biggest impact on the skin. I plan to continue taking good care of my sleep in the future.
