This might seem random, but I recommend a nail oil..!

When my nails are dry, hangnails often pop up near the edges, which is actually kind of annoying. But I've found that buying and applying nail oil—regardless of the brand—soothes them! I do dislike the heavy feeling when applying it since it's an oil, but it definitely seems effective for moisturizing, so I recommend it! And everyone knows you should apply hand cream often, too..!
