Morning face wash... Washing face without foam cleanser!
I used to wash my face vigorously with foam cleanser morning and evening, but my skin barrier completely broke down and my inner dryness became severe, so I tried changing my routine.
I just wash my face with lukewarm water in the mornings. At first, I thought it felt a bit sticky, but after just a week, my skin texture feels different. Since the moisture deep inside my skin isn't being stripped away, it definitely feels less tight, and it actually feels like my oil-water balance is improving.
If you have oily skin, try using a light cleanser only on your T-zone, and if you have dry skin, try just rinsing with water. The difference in how your skincare absorbs is amazing, and it’s incredible how your makeup doesn't cake. Changing your cleansing habits really makes a much bigger difference than buying expensive cosmetics.
