Stress due to trapezius muscles

Am I the only one whose shoulders and neck feel incredibly heavy this Monday? Hahaha. I spent all day staring at the monitor and smartphone, and I think my forward head posture has gotten worse because my trapezius muscles are really asserting themselves. Sob sob...

You need a nice shoulder line to look good in clothes, but since my trapezius muscles are bulging, my neck looks short and my face looks stuffy, so I'm so upset ㅠㅠ lol. Does anyone know any stretches or correction tips to smash those trapezius muscles that I can do in a spare moment at the office? Hehe.

Please recommend a massage gun or foam roller that's a surefire hit for the trapezius muscles!! Lol. Let's all get straight shoulders and try off-shoulder tops this spring!! Let's do this!!
