Do you have any supplement recommendations?

Shoveling a handful of supplements down every morning has become my daily routine lol. ㅠㅠ I used to be full of energy just taking one vitamin, but now if I don't make sure to take Omega-3, Lutein, and probiotics, my body sends me a warning right away. Sob sob...

But since I'm taking so many different things, sometimes I get confused whether it's actually working or just a placebo effect!! Hahaha ㅠㅠ If any of you have a supplement that really changed your quality of life after taking it, please share it with me!! Hehehe
