How to take care of your skin with small habits
Lately, my skin condition has been fluctuating wildly, so after giving it some thought, I realized the culprit was ultimately my trivial daily habits. In the past, I could stay up all night and sleep without removing my makeup and still be fine, but now I can feel it sending a 'warning' in the form of dryness and breakouts if I neglect it for even a single day.
In particular, what I am trying to fix is my habit of staying up late looking at my smartphone. I realized that I was stealing the time my skin needs to regenerate overnight. Also, I experienced that inner dryness was significantly reduced simply by drinking lukewarm water instead of coffee and rubbing my face as gently as possible when washing it.
In the end, I think what's more important than a jar of luxury cream is a small attitude of caring for myself.
