For sunken under-eyes, which is better: under-eye fat repositioning surgery or cheek fillers?

As I approach my mid-30s, fat under my eyes is bulging unevenly, and the area below it is deeply sunken, making my dark circles look incredibly severe. It is stressful to be asked if I am tired at least once a day, and when I take photos, the deep shadows under my eyes make my overall impression look gloomy and older. Since eye creams show absolutely no signs of solving the problem, I am seriously considering dermatological procedures or plastic surgery, but I am leaving this question because I am unsure which method is the surefire solution. I heard that under-eye fat repositioning surgery can flatten the bulge, but I am hesitant because it is surgery and I worry about a long recovery period involving bruising and swelling. On the other hand, I am drawn to fillers because I heard that injecting a thin layer of cheek filler or under-eye filler into the sunken areas finishes quickly and allows for an immediate return to daily life. However, I am scared because I have read reviews stating that since the skin under the eyes is thin, if fillers are injected incorrectly, the Tyndall effect can cause a bluish tint or result in an unnatural appearance. Are there any Maypure members out there who, like me, have undergone under-eye fat repositioning surgery or filler treatments for hollowness or shadows under their eyes and seen significant results?
